Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art
In Augusta, a historically and culturally rich
area, many individuals and businesses enjoy accentuating their spaces with
local art culture and to bring art to the community, the Gertrude Herbert
Institute of Art houses a slide registry that allows the public to view,
statments, and slides or photos showing the scope of their work. Including
paintings, drawings, prints, photography, ceramics, and sculpture, the
registry provides an in-depth sampling of styles and media available from
the talented artisans of East Georgia and beyond. Due to the everchanging
status of the collections, the GHIA cannot guarantee the availability of
commissioned works or have more recent works to view. Please contact the
Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art at 706-722-5495 to schedule your
